I’m Amir Elion, an experienced business, innovation, and transformation leader who has spent over 25 years helping organizations turn bold ideas into reality.

As the founder and senior advisor at Think Big Leaders, and co-founder of Global Green Action Day, I work with executives, teams, and innovators to design strategies, build product portfolios, run pilots, and take solutions from concept to production – always with a focus on delivering real business and societal value.

Previously, I led the Digital Innovation program at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Nordics, helping customers imagine and launch new products and experiences that delight users. Before that, I held senior roles leading innovation, training, and product development at Motorola Solutions and Teva Pharmaceuticals, directed product teams in two startups, and served as a strategy and innovation consultant.
