What should innovation leaders do about generative AI?
What are the opportunities, and what are the risks we need to consider if we want to leverage it for innovation? In this session we will try to provide some frameworks, principles, and directions on how you should be thinking and implementing things in this space. Join us!

We will explore a number of such opportunities, including:

• Boosting Productivity with Generative AI
• Creating Value for customers and other stakeholders, and building products with Generative AI
• Preparing for and driving disruption with the Generative AI wave
• Improving elements of the innovation management system with Generative AI
• We will then have a quick update on recent development in the AI space, and close off with a hands-on workshop to explore some of the opportunities for implementing these opportunities with AI Copilots, AI-Powered workflows, and AI Agents.
