Privacy

What this site collects, why we are allowed to hold it, and how to make us delete it. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who we are

Think Big Leaders AB is the controller of the personal data described here. We are registered in Sweden, company number 559329-6105, at Södermannagatan 37, 116 40 Stockholm.

For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold, write to amir@thinkbigleaders.com. A person reads it.

What we collect when you simply read the site

Nothing you have to give us. Our host keeps standard request logs, which include your IP address, for operating the site and defending it against abuse. We do not build a profile from them and we do not sell anything.

No advertising cookies, no trackers from social networks, and no third-party embeds that watch you.

What we collect when you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your organization, and what you are working on. Organization is optional. Everything you type in the message field reaches us exactly as you wrote it, so please do not put anything confidential in a first message to a firm you have not engaged yet.

We use it to answer you and, if the conversation continues, to do the work. We do not add you to a mailing list from a contact form.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Under the GDPR, each purpose has its own basis.

Who else touches it

We keep the list short on purpose. Each of these processes data on our instructions and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and the correspondence that follows: 24 months from our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the engagement becomes a client relationship with its own records.

Host request logs: the short retention our host applies for operational purposes.

Accounting records where an engagement happens: the period Swedish law requires, which is longer than anything above.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for it in a portable form. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it without affecting what happened before.

Write to amir@thinkbigleaders.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, which supervises us.

Changes

This page was last updated on 2026-08-09. If we change what we collect or why, we change this page in the same release as the code that does it.

Analytics, and your choice about it

We use PostHog to understand which pages are read and where people give up. It runs on European infrastructure and the data does not leave the EU.

Page views and clicks are recorded without anything that identifies you. Session recordings and a visit identifier are collected only if you agree, and text you type is masked in recordings. Recordings are kept for 30 days. Anonymous event data is kept for seven years, which is PostHog's standard retention on our plan rather than a period we chose; we would shorten it if we could.

You can decline, and you can change your mind later without losing access to anything.
