An AI and innovation advisory firm. Small on purpose: every engagement is led by the same person from first meeting to handover. Where an engagement needs a specialist we do not have, we bring one in and name them before they start.
The name
From the Amazon leadership principle: thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy. It is aimed at people with a leadership mindset, not only at executives.
Amir Elion, founder
Twenty-five years in innovation and product: Motorola, Teva, director of product at two startups, then five years at Amazon. He led the AWS Nordics innovation program for three years, running Working Backwards engagements with Novo Nordisk, Volvo Group, KONE, Danske Bank, DNB, Husqvarna, Stora Enso, Lassila & Tikanoja and Combient. He founded Think Big Leaders after that role was eliminated, starting with a hundred coffee meetings and no agenda.
He writes the Think Big Newsletter and publishes at amirelion.com, and co-leads the AI thematic group at Innovationsledarna, the Swedish Innovation Managers Association.
