Practice
Artificial Intelligence
Most organizations arriving at AI have a long list of ideas, a few tools nobody uses, and no way to compare the two. We help you decide what is worth doing, then stay for the part where people have to change how they work.
What we do in this practice
AI strategy and governance
Where AI belongs in your business, what it is for, and the rules that let people use it without a legal review per prompt.
How direction gets set →Use-case discovery and prioritization
Find the candidates, place each one on a path to value, score them against stated criteria, and leave with a portfolio and explicit reasons for what did not make the cut.
The framework we use →Enablement and adoption
Programs that get people using AI on their own work: sessions built on the team’s real processes, champions who carry it after we leave, and a companion guide they keep.
How adoption is run →Building AI applications
Design, build, evaluate and hand over. Conversational assistants, internal process apps, and client-facing applications, on platforms your own team can maintain.
What we build on Base44 →AI for innovation
Where the two practices meet: AI applied to the innovation process itself, from wider option generation to faster prototyping, with human judgment kept in control of the decisions.
The innovation practice →Who this is for
Leadership teams deciding where to place a budget, functions with a mandate and no method, and organizations that have run a pilot and cannot explain why nothing changed after it. We work in regulated businesses as often as unregulated ones, where the constraint shapes the work rather than blocking it.
Where the value comes from
We sort every candidate onto one of three paths before scoring it: boost productivity, create value, and disrupt models. Comparing options within a path rather than against everything at once is what turns an idea list into a portfolio.

- What does Think Big Leaders' AI practice cover?
- The practice runs across all three stages of an engagement. In order: leadership sessions and hands-on workshops that show what is possible, use-case discovery that turns a list of ideas into a prioritized portfolio, enablement programs for the people who will actually use the tools, and building the applications themselves where that is what the work needs.
- Do you build AI applications, or only advise?
- Both. Think Big Leaders designed, built, evaluated and handed over Ainno, an AI assistant running in production on Voiceflow, and has supported client teams building their own, including an RFP matchmaker working across a thousand consultant CVs. As a listed Base44 partner the firm also builds internal process apps and client-facing applications on that platform.
- How long does an AI enablement program run?
- It depends on the shape. A hands-on workshop runs half a day to a full day, and is often delivered several times to different departments. A marketing team enablement ran as three sessions built on the team’s own workflows. The largest program on the roster ran four months for sixty people across departments, designed with a leadership AI task force and delivered as a rhythm to a cohort.
