Artificial Intelligence practice

AI in the tools you already have

Many organizations pay for an AI tool such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini. We build our workshops, enablement programs and applications inside the tools you have approved. The exercises and examples come from your own teams’ workflows.

How we work in your tools

  1. Before we designCheck what you have

We go through your AI licenses with IT: which tools each team has, at which license level, which features are switched on, and what each tool is approved for.

  2. DiscoveryMap the work

We run discovery sessions with each team on their workflows, inputs, outputs and quality standards. That material becomes the basis for every exercise.

  3. DeliveryBuild it in your tools

Exercises, prompts, custom assistants and the companion guide are made in the tools your people will keep using after the program ends.

  4. ThroughoutShow what else is possible

When another tool would do a job better, we show it on general examples or on material we built for training. Your own data stays in the tools you have approved.

The tools we work with

ChatGPT Enterprise

Programs that go past prompting: when to build a custom GPT, when to work in a project, when to run deep research, and how to use company knowledge. We have run them for a marketing and communications agency and for the marketing team at Tiny Love.

Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio

Copilot inside the Microsoft 365 apps people use every day, and Copilot Studio for teams that build their own agents. Both are part of our ongoing program at HID Global.

Gemini, Claude and Amazon Quick

We run the same programs in Google Gemini, in Anthropic’s Claude, and in Amazon Quick, the AI workspace from AWS, using the features your license includes.

Coding assistants

We work with coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, both with development teams and with business teams that build working software by describing it.

Base44

Think Big Leaders is a Base44 enterprise partner. We build internal process apps and client-facing applications on the platform, and we help your teams build their own.

Voiceflow

We designed, built, launched and handed over Ainno, the AI assistant inside Amplify’s innovation program, on Voiceflow.

Marketing AI tools

For marketing teams we work with image, voice and video tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs and HeyGen, next to the team’s chat assistant. At Tiny Love they were part of a three-session program built on the team’s own campaign workflows.

Your own AI assistant

Many enterprises run an internal AI chatbot of their own. At a medical device manufacturer, three departments practiced inside the company’s approved chatbot. AT&T’s product guild got a PRFAQ generator that runs in the AI tools the company has approved.

Common questions

Do you work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio?
Yes. Think Big Leaders runs enablement in Microsoft 365 Copilot, and in Copilot Studio for teams that build their own agents, as part of its ongoing program at HID Global. The sessions use the Copilot features your license includes, with your own teams’ workflows as the material.
Do you run ChatGPT Enterprise training?
Yes. Think Big Leaders ran a four-month ChatGPT Enterprise enablement program for sixty people across departments at a US and UK marketing and communications agency, with open office hours and support for participants’ own use cases. It also ran ChatGPT Enterprise sessions for the marketing team at Tiny Love.
We have not chosen an AI tool yet. Can you help?
Yes. Think Big Leaders starts from the use cases: what your teams would do with AI, and which of those are worth doing first. The choice of tool follows from that, together with your IT and security requirements.
Can you train our people on tools our IT department has not approved?
Think Big Leaders keeps every exercise, and anything that uses your data, inside the tools you have approved. To show what other tools can do, we use general examples or material we built for training. We agree the details with you before the sessions start.
Are you tied to one AI vendor?
No. Think Big Leaders works in whichever AI tools your organization licenses, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini, Claude and Amazon Quick. The firm has one vendor partnership: it is a Base44 enterprise partner.
