Terms of use

The terms that cover this website. An engagement is covered by its own written agreement, which is a different document and takes precedence over this one.

Who operates this site

This site is operated by Think Big Leaders AB, registered in Sweden, company number 559329-6105, at Södermannagatan 37, 116 40 Stockholm. Using the site means accepting what is on this page.

What this site is

It describes what the firm does and publishes the methods we use. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. Engagements are governed by a written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Nothing here is legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice. Decisions about your own business remain yours.

The methods we publish

The frameworks and job aids on this site are published to be read and used. Use them in your own work, teach them to your colleagues, and take them into a meeting with somebody else. That is what they are for.

The pages themselves, the writing and the design are ours. Republishing them as your own material, or reselling them as training content, is not covered by that permission.

Names that are not ours

Client names, product names and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their owners. Naming a client describes work delivered for them and does not imply that they endorse us. Working Backwards originates at Amazon, and Base44 is a product owned by Wix. We are neither.

What we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and we date the things that go stale, including anything we report about a third-party platform. We do not warrant that every page is current or error-free, and pages describing another company are that company to answer for.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Links out

Where we link to another site we are pointing at something worth reading. We do not control it and we are not responsible for it.

Which law applies

Swedish law governs this page and any dispute about it, and the Swedish courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
