Amir Elion, founder
Amir has worked in innovation and product for twenty-five years: at Motorola and Teva, as director of product at two startups, and then for five years at Amazon. He led the AWS Nordics innovation program for three years, running Working Backwards engagements with Novo Nordisk, Volvo Group, KONE, Danske Bank, DNB, Husqvarna, Stora Enso, Lassila & Tikanoja and Combient. He founded Think Big Leaders because he believes that thinking big matters more in the age of AI, and that innovation is a skill that individuals, teams and organizations can build. When he started the firm, he held a hundred coffee meetings with no set agenda.
He writes the Think Big Newsletter and publishes at amirelion.com, and co-leads the AI thematic group at Innovationsledarna, the Swedish Innovation Managers Association.

Malcolm Larri
Leadership & Organizational Culture Consultant
Malcolm Larri is a leadership and culture consultant working with some of the world's biggest organizations including H&M, Spotify, Ericsson, PWC, Swedbank, Electrolux, SAAB and many more.
Originally from Sydney Australia, he is recognized as one of Sweden's most popular speakers and conference hosts, including hosting TEDx Stockholm. His workshops are known for their high energy and inspirational style, which engages participants and delivers deep learnings.
Malcolm is an NLP Master Practitioner, Coach and facilitator with 25 years' experience working with individuals, teams and organizations. He also holds certifications in Coaching, Workplace Training and Assessment from TAFE Australia.
An in-demand teacher in the art of pitch and presentation, he is also regularly teaching professional presentation skills at Berghs School of Communication, Hyper Island and IHM Business School.

Fernanda Torre
Expert in AI governance and sustainability-driven innovation
Fernanda Torre is a leading expert in AI governance and sustainability-driven innovation and co-author of “AI Leadership for Corporate Boards - Leading Responsible AI for Value Creation” (2025). Her work focuses on how boards and executive teams can translate emerging technologies into long-term, sustainable value creation.
She is a co-founder and Operations Director of Boards Impact Forum, where she engages board directors across the Nordics and internationally on AI governance, digital strategy, and sustainable business transformation.
She is CEO of Next Agents, a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations create value for people, business, and planet.
Fernanda is part of the faculty at the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship (SSES), where she co-directs the program Trendspotting and Future Thinking and leads the entrepreneurship educator program Educator Lab. She also teaches AI strategy in the executive program AI for Executives in Sweden.
Previously, Fernanda worked at Stora Enso where she was responsible for the implementation of the open innovation initiative, initially in the Biomaterials business unit, and later on across the entire organization with over 20.000 employees.
Michael Herkommer
Principal Advisor | AI Governance & Strategic Risk
Michael works at the intersection of AI governance and strategic risk. The space where policy intention meets organisational reality, and where most implementation plans quietly fail.
He came to this position from the inside. Over the past four years he made a deliberate move: away from technology leadership roles and into AI governance as his primary practice. That background remains his core advantage. Having served as CIO and interim CISO, he understands not just what governance frameworks should say, but how they behave when technology leaders, risk committees, and finance functions actually try to apply them together. That operational depth is what separates governance advice that holds from advice that only reads well on paper. His work as Strategic Director at Hammarskjöld Society, on ethical leadership and the foundations of principled decision-making, grounds that practice in something deeper: the belief that governance built on values outlasts governance built on compliance.
His policy engagement runs deep: forums at ETH Zürich, the EU Commission in Brussels and Luxembourg, and WEF Davos 2026. He founded the AI Office for Almi, Sweden's state-backed SME and venture capital group, he is one of 50 globally selected participants in AI Game Changers for Human AI, and chairs the Zürich Chapter.
