The situation

Tiny Love is a global brand in developmental toys and baby products. Its marketing team manages brand and campaign assets for a large number of markets through a distributor-led model, which produces both high volume and high complexity: every market needs adapted assets, and brand consistency has to survive all of it. The team wanted practical AI capability that mapped to the marketing work they actually do, without loosening the brand integrity the business depends on.

What we did

A discovery session mapped current workflows, the tools landscape, brand guidelines and priority use cases. Everything after that was built on their material.

A workflow, not a tool list

The anchor exercise mapped AI into an end-to-end trade show workflow the team runs every year, from show selection and product story through booth planning, buyer and distributor meeting preparation, on-site execution, and post-show follow-up. Every stage got a specific AI application rather than a general endorsement. The companion guide carried tool comparisons, prompting guides built on the RIGHT framework, workflow templates and implementation checklists, written against their categories and their compliance constraints.
