The prompting framework we hand to every participant, and the four levels of prompt sophistication to move through once it is second nature.

R
Role
Tell the AI what role it should play: an expert in a domain, a customer persona, a specific personality type.
I
Information
Include all the relevant details the AI needs to know: what product you are working on, what your strategy is, who your audience is.
G
Goal
Be clear about what you want created and why: a story for a sales pitch, a list of interview questions, code for a web page, an image for a post.
H
How
Explain the format you want and the process you want it to follow: which language, how long, what style, what steps to work through.
T
Tweak
Use the tool-specific controls available to you: custom instructions, project context, temperature, aspect ratio and style parameters.

Enterprise AI suites now contain several distinct capabilities, and most people treat them as one. The question that resolves it:

Projects and workspaces	Do you need different tasks against the same context?
Deep research	Do you need thorough external research from multiple sources?
Organizational knowledge	Do you need our internal documents and templates?
Canvas and document modes	Do you need to create or refine a document iteratively?
Vision	Do you need to analyze or extract from visual content?
Voice	Would talking this through be more effective than typing?
