Discovery opens with the three paths to AI value: boost productivity, create value, disrupt models. Every candidate use case is placed on a path before it is scored, so options are compared with their own kind instead of against everything at once. The output is a prioritized portfolio with stated criteria for what did not make the cut.

Discovery interviews with key stakeholders, strategy sessions, and deep dives into your workflows, data, and technological maturity. You get a summary report with a capability and risk assessment, at least five quick-win opportunities, and an operational blueprint.
Opportunity discovery
Explore value opportunities for internal productivity, customer value, or industry disruption — and establish a prioritized portfolio of use cases for the roadmap, with explicit criteria for what does not make the cut.
