Take over and hand back is a control that lets a person pause a running agent, complete a step manually, and return control without ending the run.
Control sits with both parties
When to use it
Interfaces the agent handles poorly, steps requiring a credential the agent must not hold, and any moment where demonstrating is faster than explaining.
What it prevents
Abandoning a run that is ninety percent complete because of one step the agent cannot do.
