Oversight in motion

Take over and hand back

Take over and hand back is a control that lets a person pause a running agent, complete a step manually, and return control without ending the run.

Control sits with both parties

When to use it

Interfaces the agent handles poorly, steps requiring a credential the agent must not hold, and any moment where demonstrating is faster than explaining.

What it prevents

Abandoning a run that is ninety percent complete because of one step the agent cannot do.
